After-sales care

After-sales care at Haloom

Every piece at Haloom is handmade with care, using real crystals, strong elastic, stainless steel parts, and 14k gold-plated copper that’s designed to resist tarnishing and fading. These are pieces made to be worn and loved—but if something goes wrong, we’ll do what we can to help.

What we offer

Free restringing (within 6 months)
If your bracelet breaks from normal wear, we’ll restring it for free one time. You just cover the postage to us.

Elastic stretched out?
If your bracelet becomes too loose within 3 months, we’ll restring it once for free.

Refresh and fixes (after 6 months)
If your bracelet needs a touch-up after some time, we offer paid restringing and cleaning from RM10 depending on the work needed.

What’s not covered

We try to be fair with every request, but here’s what we don’t cover:

Lost or stolen items
We can’t replace jewellery that’s gone missing. Please keep your pieces stored safely when not in use.

Breakage from rough handling or water damage
Haloom pieces are strong, but not made for tugging, overstretching, or being worn in the shower or pool. If damage is clearly from rough use, we won’t be able to fix or replace it for free.

Tarnishing or discolouration from perfumes, lotions, or harsh cleaners
We use 14k gold-plated, fade- and tarnish-resistant copper. It’s high quality, but not chemical-proof. Please avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, sweat, or cleaning products. Cleaning is available for a small fee if needed.

Broken crystals or stone replacement
At Haloom, we believe a broken crystal means it has served its purpose. We do not replace stones, even if they fall off or break. If your bracelet still has enough stones left, we can restring it for a fee.

Customised pieces using non-Haloom parts
If you’ve added your own charms or changed the stones, we can’t guarantee the fit or finish. Repairs may not be possible, or may come with a small fee depending on the materials.
