We check every piece carefully before it leaves our hands. But if something arrives damaged, or it’s not what you ordered, we’ll sort it out.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If there’s a defect, damage, or a mix-up, email us within 48 hours at haloomhandmade@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the issue so we can fix it for you.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, you must contact us first at haloomhandmade@gmail.com.
- Return the item within 14 days of receiving it
- Item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If yes, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.
